HVAC Fit to the House You Have

Air conditioning in Florida has to remove humidity as well as heat. We coordinate licensed HVAC specialists for the equipment and handle the ductwork access, framing, and finish repairs around it, with one contractor managing the project.

As with plumbing and electrical, HVAC is work we coordinate through licensed specialists; we are not in-house HVAC technicians. We bring in the licensed professional for the system work, fit it into the larger project, and handle the carpentry, closet framing, drywall, and finish repairs that heating and cooling jobs often require.

Long cooling seasons and high humidity keep equipment running much of the year. A system that is the wrong size or is fighting leaky ductwork wastes energy and may never keep the house comfortable or dry. Older homes add tight spaces and construction that was never designed around ducted air. The specialist evaluates and installs the equipment, and we handle the building work it requires.

That could be a failing system that needs replacement, a comfort problem traced to ductwork, or central air going into an older home for the first time. The licensed specialist handles the equipment and refrigerant work; we handle access, framing, and finish so the house is put back together afterward.
