About Accredited Home Repair
Accredited Home Repair has worked out of Green Cove Springs since 1999. We repair and restore Northeast Florida's older houses, with the owner involved from the first walkthrough to the finished work.
Our story
Older houses here have heart-pine floors, plaster walls, wood windows, and framing that settled decades ago. Much of that can be repaired instead of torn out, if the person doing the work knows how it was built. That has been our work since 1999.
We also take on newer homes, kitchens and baths, and outdoor work from paver patios to brush hog clearing. The full list is on our services page.
Most of these houses have stood eighty or a hundred years. Our job is to fix what's failing without erasing what makes them worth keeping.

What to expect when you hire us
- The owner on the job
- The owner walks the house before the estimate and stays involved until the work is finished. You won't be handed off to a sub you've never met.
- A written estimate first
- You get the estimate in writing before work starts, with a straight answer about what's urgent and what can wait.
- Repair before replacement
- When original wood, trim, or plaster can be saved, we'll say so. When it can't, we'll explain why.
- Licensed trades for systems work
- Licensed plumbers, electricians, and HVAC specialists handle that work. We coordinate them and do the repairs around it, so you still deal with one contractor.
- Licensed and insured
- Licensed and insured in the State of Florida. Ask and we'll show you the paperwork.
- A clean job site
- We leave the job site clean when we finish.
Based in Green Cove Springs
You may have passed our navy-and-red trailer on the road. We're based in Green Cove Springs and work throughout Clay, Duval, and St. Johns counties.
