What homeowners across Northeast Florida say

"We initially had a pleasant meeting with Steve, explained our needs, and he delivered a fair quote the very next day. His crew did amazing work and actually constructed my wife's 'dream kitchen.' I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Steve and Accredited Home Repair for any of your project needs!"

"I have used Accredited Home Repair as my exclusive contractor for all my home remodels and rental repairs. They are the absolute best value in the business. Steve Frederick, the owner, communicates directly and is a fair, hard-working man. They do everything, but specialize in historical property renovations."

"I recently purchased my first home, quite the fixer upper. Steve facilitated the complete restoration of everything: Bathroom, Kitchen, Flooring, Framing, Paint, Roofing, etc. I was definitely in over my head, but Steve made everything happen. Super communicative, honest and hard working."

"Since 2009, Accredited Home Repair has remodeled more than 100 homes for me. During that time, we’ve seen it all! From the smallest, least complicated repair needs to the most complex remodels, Steve and Accredited has delivered exceptional service and the highest quality work for a value that is hard to find these days in contracting."

"Steve and Accredited Home Repair were awesome! I know very little about home repairs and remodels. I got quotes from two companies that I later learned were criminally high and exploitative. I also felt like those two companies were trying to be ambiguous just so they could prey upon my ignorance. Steve came out and explained EVERYTHING to me. I not only understood what he was doing, but the WHY behind the repairs. All because he took the time to educate me. Excellent peace of mind and incredible quality work."
