Plumbing Handled, Start to Finish

We coordinate trusted licensed plumbers and own the surrounding repairs as your contractor.

Plumbing problems rarely stay in their lane; a leak becomes wet drywall, rotted trim, and ruined flooring. As your general contractor, we bring in trusted licensed plumbers for the work that requires a license and handle all the repair and restoration around it ourselves. You deal with one person: us.

For plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, our role is to coordinate trusted licensed specialists, not to pose as in-house licensed plumbers. That distinction matters and we are upfront about it. The advantage of working through Accredited Home Repair is that one contractor manages the whole job: we line up the right licensed professional for the licensed work, schedule it into the larger project, and take responsibility for the carpentry, tile, drywall, and finish work that surrounds it.

Northeast Florida plumbing comes with familiar trouble. Homes built mid-century and earlier often still carry galvanized supply lines that rust closed from the inside, dropping your water pressure and discoloring your water long before they leak. Cast-iron drains corrode, slab and wall leaks hide until the damage shows, and decades-old fixtures and connections give out. We coordinate the repairs and replacements and handle the opening up and putting back together that any serious plumbing work requires.

Whether it is a fixture upgrade during a bath remodel, a failing water heater, a re-pipe to replace tired galvanized lines, or a leak that has already damaged the structure, we manage the job end to end. The licensed plumber does the licensed work; we handle everything around it and make sure your home is whole again when the work is done.

The old-house angle

Old houses hide their plumbing history inside the walls: galvanized supply lines choked with rust, cast-iron drains gone brittle, and fixtures cobbled together across decades of repairs. We coordinate licensed plumbers to bring those systems up to standard, and because we specialize in older homes, we handle the careful opening of plaster walls and the restoration afterward so the upgrade does not scar the house.
