A remodel starts with the layout and the plumbing and wiring behind the walls. We walk the space with you, talk through how you use the room, and plan the sequence of work. Because we coordinate the licensed plumbers and electricians along with our own work, you have one contact for the schedule and for questions when something does not line up.

Opening a wall in an older Northeast Florida home often turns something up: galvanized supply lines narrowed by rust, a drain that was never vented correctly, or framing softened by a slow leak. When we find a problem like that, we show you and explain the options before anything gets covered with tile. Fixing it while the walls are open is usually easier than reopening a finished room later.

Then comes the finish work. We hang and scribe cabinets to walls that are rarely square, set tile and stone counters, fit fixtures and hardware, and finish the trim. Whether you want a period-style bath in an older cottage or a bright modern kitchen, the room should suit the house it is in.
