We bring in the licensed electrician, fit their work into the project schedule, and handle the drywall, trim, and finish work around it, so you are not coordinating separate trades yourself.

Many older Northeast Florida homes still have undersized panels, ungrounded two-prong outlets, or remnants of knob-and-tube or early aluminum wiring that were not designed for modern loads. Adding a remodeled kitchen, new HVAC, or a home office can push that kind of service too far. We coordinate panel upgrades, rewiring, and new circuits, and we open and close walls carefully along the way.
