We group plants by their water needs and improve the soil where it matters so new plantings can establish. Beds that are graded and edged correctly keep mulch and soil from washing across the walk.

A broken or poorly adjusted sprinkler system wastes water, drowns some zones, and starves others, and dead heads often go unnoticed. We repair and adjust existing systems: replacing broken heads, fixing leaks, tuning coverage, and setting controllers to water deeply and less often, which suits most local turf and plantings.

We also handle ongoing upkeep: seasonal cleanups, bed refreshing, trimming, mulching, and general maintenance. That can be a one-time refresh of tired beds or regular work through the seasons.
